I am Matthew Harper, pictured left.  I have had a varied and colourful life, which led me to pursue  my lifetime hobby and passion as a career.  I am 48 years old, live in Torbay and love Devon and Cornwall.  I love photography and taking pictures that people will love forever, preserving memories and capturing fun and exciting times.   I do this with the very latest in digital technology but at a price you will find hard to match.  I am fully insured and this includes my work.  I look forward to hearing from many of you and hope I can make you as happy as the customers I already have and without upsetting your bank manager.
