South Devon Photography and Matt Harper are the same with regard to this.    

We take copyright issues very seriously. All South Devon Photography work

is owned by South Devon Photography unless the ownership is sold or assigned

to someone else.  Infringement of our copyright will be followed up and via the

legal system if necessary.   A lot of work goes into producing our imagery and

we therefore protect what we own.  On occasion, we grant the use of our work

for social networking sites to customers.  This is subject to that use only, not for

editing in any way, printing or any other form of reproduction.

Copying images from South Devon Photography's website is prohibited

unless permission has been given by us, in writing/email.   Samples of such

copyright violation are below and anyone who does this or similar will have

action taken against them.

Anyone who copies, copies and modifies in any way, images belonging to

South Devon Photography, will be named on this site.  You have been

warned, so please adhere to the law and moral decency.

Tracing and proving copyright violation is a time consuming exercise

and therefore, anyone found abusing our copyright will be liable to our

costs in having them removed from wherever they have been put.

Removing them will only remove them as and when they are removed.

Archive copies are taken with screen prints that show the misuse.

This person copied images from this website, also ones I had supplied to her. Some have been edited and our

watermark removed, obscured or cropped out.  The images have been used on five or more websites without

permission as they have been modified or copied. 

These altered/modified images have data in them that proves they have been modified, when and on what system.

It is also possible to identify the URL of the person uploading them, so before you copy, think and have in mind,

everything is traceable and we will use the legal system to recover property AND COSTS.
